Welcome to Doser. By downloading, installing, or using the Doser mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, email address, phone number, and a password. You are responsible for:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App ("User Content"), including experience records, session logs, and profile information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's functionality.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Doser does not verify the accuracy of clinical hours or experience records.

The App, including its design, logos, code, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Doser and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Doser is a tracking tool only. It does not constitute medical advice, academic guidance, or professional certification of clinical hours. Always verify your records with your educational institution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doser and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
